EXCTRACT ALL FILES ONTO DESKTOP
Then install the included program called 1337.msi.
#1. Go to start menu -> Control Panel
#2. Be sure you are in Classic View (all Control Panel icons are showing. If not, under Control Panel in the left pane, select Switch to Classic View).
#3. Open up Regional and Language Options
#4. Go to Languages
#5. Click Details
#6. Click Add
#7. In the second drop down box labeled “Keyboard layout/IME” Select “A layout created for true 1337s”
#8. Click OK
#11. Click OK
Now in the bottom right corner of your screen on the start menu bar you will see a little keyboard you can select the layout you want to use with this little keyboard by clicking on it.
